About me… On Ravelry as Gingersnaps... stop by... say hi! If I wrote a self help book, it would be called "The Divorce Diet" and subtitled: The First 200 lbs nearly killed me… but the last 80 was a piece of cake! When I found myself newly single and about to turn 40, it turned my life around. I took control of my life and generally found someone inside me who is a cool and interesting (and possibly a little nuts but that's OK too) person. Oh yeah… and I LOVE rugby.

The comment you just left on my blog made me smile... I was out for a walk with my husband last night, very late, and the quality of the air and the wind made us both feel like we were back home in Calgary. I do so love the chinooks, walking in that beautiful warm wind makes me euphoric.
I'm jealous that you got to go to Make 1 pub night. Amy is one of my closest friends, and she and Sandra didn't open the shop til after I moved to Vancouver. Ah well, I have my daffodils.... :)
